TEDx King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences

Rodyan delivered TEDx at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in 2019 for about 2,000 attendees, handling the whole event from stage setup to documentation and streaming.

The stage was fitted with rear projection screens behind the speakers, confidence monitors in front of them, and a lighting rig with a follow spotlight. Rodyan handled ticket distribution, guest reception, crowd management and seating, managed the speaker sequence on stage, and streamed the event live on social media.

The audience size raised the operational bar: about 2,000 ticketed guests had to be admitted and seated in limited time, while lighting, screens and the live stream ran alongside a speaker schedule timed to the minute.

The event gave about 2,000 attendees on campus a TEDx experience, reached a wider audience through the live stream, and was documented on camera.
