About Rodyan
Rodyan Event Management is a Saudi company founded in 2008, based in Riyadh and working in every region of the Kingdom.
We have delivered more than 1,200 projects for more than 400 government and private clients: ministries, authorities, universities, banks and companies. We take a project from the idea to the day itself: identity and design, production and on-site build, stage, sound, lighting and screens, hospitality and protocol, and operations teams.
We work with an in-house team and a supplier network we know, and every supplier receives a purchase order before work starts. Each project is documented with a closing report and photos that stay on record for the client and for us.

What we deliver
- Exhibitions & Conferences We plan and deliver conferences, forums and exhibitions end to end: content and sessions, stage and halls, registration, pavilions, hospitality and protocol.
- Exclusive Events Launches, award ceremonies, graduations and festivals: we design the experience, build it on site and run the day.
- Seasonal Events National Day, Founding Day, Eids and seasons: the occasion identity and its applications, and the programme for guests and staff.
- Internal Communication Events Annual gatherings, staff celebrations and in-house occasions, at headquarters or off-site, for one branch or every branch in the Kingdom.
