48th General Assembly of the Federation of Arab News Agencies (FANA)

Rodyan delivered the 48th General Assembly of the Federation of Arab News Agencies (FANA) at the Saudi Press Agency headquarters in Riyadh over three days, 11 to 13 January 2022, attended by representatives of Arab news agencies.

The program comprised the formal General Assembly sessions and a session on the future of media, opening with a ceremony at which the head of the agency gave an address. Proceedings were carried on a live-directed multi-camera broadcast, and an official film was produced in two language versions. Rodyan handled hall setup, session management, speaker coordination, protocol, and the reception, hospitality, accommodation and transport of official delegations.

The official international character was the challenge: receiving delegations from Arab news agencies and managing their accommodation and transport for three days, running an uninterrupted live multi-camera broadcast of the formal sessions, and coordinating media with participating organizations. The conference left a complete video archive of its sessions.
