Rodyan delivered an EY conference over two days in 2017, handling all of its organizational and technical elements.
The conference was equipped with a stage, display screens, lighting and sound, and attendee entry was managed through registration, reception and on-site crowd flow. Rodyan also handled video and photo coverage, including photo selection and editing, and media coverage.
The conference ran for two consecutive days, so the full technical setup, registration and crowd management had to run without interruption throughout, alongside simultaneous filming. It left a sorted and edited photo and video archive.
